What it is
Cannons turn your ship from transport into a warship. Mount them along your hull, load them with gunpowder, and unleash broadsides at rival ships — cannonballs do real damage, blowing blocks off enemy hulls.
How to fire a broadside
- Craft cannons (iron + gunpowder + dispenser) and mount them on your ship.
- Load each cannon with gunpowder.
- While under sail, hold flint & steel and punch the air — every loaded cannon fires!
Naval combat
Cannonball hits knock blocks off ships and drop hull integrity. A battered ship sails at half speed below 50% — and below 35% she breaks apart and settles where she lies. Only the captain's crew can fire a locked ship's guns, so no mutinies mid-battle.
